AdPeople Worldwide is looking for someone with an international mindset to work on one of our recently acquired global accounts, Saxo Bank.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing, generating and presenting digital marketing communications plans, including performance metrics and competitive advantages
  • Consulting with clients to attain deep knowledge of their business challenges, and solving them with digital ingenuity
  • Practicing perpetual audience intimacy, to stay as close as possible to our clients’ target audiences to derive insights that drive business, targeting and creativity
  • Working closely with the account and creative teams: sharing, inspiring, educating and participating to ensure that the creative executions articulate the creative strategy
  • Presenting and articulating digital visions, strategies and technologies to clients from marketing execs to Boardroom members

 

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in digital strategy, communication planning and social marketing
  • Proven track record of handling complex business objectives
  • Mastering a broad range of research techniques and analytics
  • Experience in defining customer experiences, journeys and flows
  • Outstanding written skills – the ability to write and progress a brief, then use superb verbal and presentation skills to communicate it to a variety of audiences including board level
  • Can communicate and influence charismatically
  • Can debate constructively and persuasively with creative teams and clients

 

Profile:

  • You have at least 10 years of experience as a strategic planner at a digital creative agency
  • Lots of experience with clients from the financial trading industry or online gambling industry is highly preferred – you have a deep understanding of what’s important to these clients and their customers
  • You are assertive, have a self-confident “can do” attitude and naturally take the lead
  • You love complex problems and finding elegant solutions
  • You possess strong client-facing skills and are a confident communicator with clear thinking and a well-organized approach

Overall Job Profile:

In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of the localization of offline and online communication. You will be part of a well-functioning, international team in an English speaking office. You will be working independently and be involved in all steps of the process, from client briefing to corrections and final approval. The ideal candidate is experienced in the agency process and has the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Your ability to drive projects is essential. We expect a high level of personal responsibility and commitment from the steering and coordination of the process through to completion.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • You have a marketing background and/or education
  • You have experience with project management, preferably on the agency side
  • You have a keen eye for details and strive to deliver on time and error-free
  • You stay calm, even in hectic and stressful situations – and have the ability to multitask
  • You think in solutions
  • You are preferably both a Dutch and French speaker
  • Any other European language is an advantage
